President Peter Johnson inducted
The Rotary Club of Hout Bay recently inducted their 2007/2008 Peter Johnson. Mr Johnson worked for two of the UK’s leading engineering companies, which introduced him to South Africa. He and his wife Sandra moved to Hout Bay a few years ago and have become actively involved in several community projects. Peter and Sandra are very well known in the local schools and are familiar faces amongst the dog walkers on the Hout Bay beach. Johnson's focus this year will be; “the upliftment of the Hout Bay community specifically through; education and literacy projects as well some positive steps in the fight against AIDS and HIV infection”

The celebration was marked by a dinner dance at Hout Bay's Suikerbossie Restuarant
